All prices are indicative, in AUD per piece and exclude GST. The order summary applies the 15% first-order discount to the subtotal, then adds 10% GST to the discounted amount. Delivery and project-specific requirements are confirmed in the final quotation, and reservation pricing is subject to availability. Product suitability and structural capacity must be confirmed against the relevant design, NCC pathway and your engineer or specifier.

Wall planner

Sketch the wall, get the whole takeoff.

For concrete sleeper walls with corners, steps and more than one run. Trace the layout on a grid, type the finished height of each section, and the planner returns a priced post schedule plus the sleeper, concrete and drainage quantities.

  2. 02Set each heightPer section, in millimetres, rounded up to whole sleeper courses. Split a sloping run into sections to follow the fall.
  3. 03Read the scheduleEnds, joiners and corners are worked out from the geometry, then every post length rounds up to the next stocked length and prices itself.

G300 UC documentation to AS/NZS 3679.1:2016, with ACRS evidence for the relevant mill and product scope.

Welding control

WPS and PQR records reference AS 1554.1 and include independent TÜV SÜD review or witness markings.

Quality management

Manufacturing controls are supported by an ISO 9001:2015 quality-management certificate.

05 · Finish

Galvanising inspection

Coating thickness is measured across the batch and the inspection record is retained with the consignment.
